Handset Repair

We will always endeavour to support our customers specific requests, be it smartphone configuration before it is despatched to our customers or repairing a handset which is not performing to capacity.

This area of our customer support proposition manages the configuration; repair and despatch of our customer’s handsets, ensuring our customer’s requirements are fulfilled

Handset repair support

We only service handsets that we have supplied. Repair lead times are 10 full working days.  Our service covers hardware product such as Blackberry, iPhone, Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Samsung.

The only difference from now that customers will notice is that the repair lead times for Nokia will now be three weeks and the customer should be advised of this at the time the handset is booked in.

Handset configuration

The set-up and configuration of handsets for a charge of £20.00. For the charge, the customer will get their handset set-up, configured, any data transferred and 90 days support provided.

Product dispatch

Responsible for the dispatching of all products to customers. This will include; logging all the handset details onto the CRM, liaising with customer services and sales people to confirm delivery details, etc.
