O2 CallAlert

O2 CallAlert is an easy to use, free of charge messaging service that could be perfect for you if you have chosen not to use Voicemail 901. When you can’t take a call, the service will send you a text message detailing the caller’s number. The text message will detail the caller’s number, the date and time.

If you’re on another call, your mobile’s switched off, you’re out of coverage or you just don’t get to it in time, O2 CallAlert will tell you your caller’s number, so you can get back to them.

If you miss more than one call, O2 CallAlert will send you details of up to four callers in one message.

Here are some useful numbers:

  • To switch it on - key 1710 SND *
  • To switch it off - key 1760 SND *

How much does it cost?

  • Free to set up.
  • Free to receive the O2 CallAlert text messages.

What about the caller?
