New Premium Nokia Status

Nokia have selected our Glasgow branch to become one of their new Premium Care Service Points.

Atlas is now the only Nokia Premium Care accredited company in Scotland.

This fantastic recognition for Atlas and particularly our repair staff is a reward for the high standard of service we offer both Atlas and Nokia customers.

Operating as a Premium Care Service Point will allow us to provide a specialized service to customers owning Nokia products such as the 8800.

This service ensures that users of Premium Nokia products can have their handset repaired and returned, when possible, within 1 hour of it being submitted for repair.

As part of this accreditation, our staff have been put though advanced training on the technical repair aspects of Nokia's premium range and the procedural areas of the new premium service.

Qualifying Premium Nokia Products

The Nokia 8800 and Nokia N90 are Premium products - as are all forthcoming N-series handsets.
If you are unsure if your handset qualifies, do not hesitate to ask a member of staff.
