For nearly 10 years Atlas has been an official Nokia Service Centre, and we also act as a drop-off point for manufacturers such as Samsung and Sony Ericsson.
Our customized CRM software ensures that you are kept fully up-to-date with the status of your repair, by either telephone or SMS.
Our status as a Nokia business partner means that Nokia refer their customers to us to deal with their handset problems.
We can facilitate all aspects of the repair of Nokia handsets, and have the backup of Nokia should any repair require manufacturer assistance.

Warranty and Out-of-Warranty Repairs
All handset repairs carried out under warranty are free of charge. Repairs carried out by Atlas are fully guaranteed, and if you are an Atlas airtime customer you will receive a free loan handset for the duration of your repair.
If your handset is out of warranty we will carry out an inspection and provide you with a no-obligation quote for repair.
All types of mechanical, electrical & cosmetic repair are carried out on Atlas premises.
Repairing your phone
If you think your phone is faulty, or if you want advice on what to do, contact the branch nearest you, or just bring your phone in.
Our service allows us to carry out repairs in and out of warranty, to existing airtime customers and non-airtime customers alike. You don't have to buy from us to use our repair service.
- All repairs carried out in-house are completed within 24 hours.
- Premium Nokia repairs at our Glasgow branch are completed in 1 hour.
- Phones sent by post will take several days longer than the standard 24 hours.
- Repairs requiring handsets to be returned to manufacturer typically take 5-10 days (eg with Nokia).
- Although Sony Ericsson and Samsung only repair their handsets centrally, our relationship with these manufacturers ensures customers' faulty handsets can be returned within 5 working days.
Data/Card Loss
We cannot guarantee the integrity of data stored on any device sent to us for repair. In fact, it is the usual case that data will be wiped during the repair process.
Please backup all numbers to SIM, and all ringtones/pictures etc to memory card/alternate storage before submitting your device for repair. Please remove all SIM cards and memory cards from your phone, as we cannot guarantee their return either.
Pricing
We aim to make our handset repair and service pricing as transparent as possible; you will only incur a charge for the repair of your handset should the repair be outwith manufacturer warranty.
Repair costs vary depending on the type of handset involved and the type of repair (of which there are many). For this reason, general costs cannot be accurately listed. However, Atlas provide a free, no-obligation quote - so please do not hesitate to bring your phone in.
Handset Health checks
If you have ever experienced problems (such as a dropped call) or feel your mobile phone is not performing to its optimum level, our performance check could improve the overall performance of your handset, and would also ensure your handset is updated with the latest available software.
Software Upgrade
Many mobile phones are now effectively like mini PCs. Keeping your handset's software updated will ensure you are getting the optimum performance from your device and network.
Each Nokia handset has regular versions of software issued and updated. Thanks to our links with Nokia we can upgrade the software in your Nokia handset free of charge, if the handset is still under manufacturer's warranty.
