Vodafone's Call Management Services mean you can handle any number of calls however and whenever you want, and most of these serivces are free to use as well, so you can set them up with no worries.Call Forwarding (Call Divert)
Call forwarding lets you direct your calls to another number of Voicemail. Ideal if you want a friend of colleague to answer your calls or are busy and want callers to leave a message on Voicemail. When using Call Forwarding you can still make outgoing calls as normal.
How to use
To activate Call Forwarding
Press [*] [*] [2] [1] [*] then the number you want your calls diverted to, then [#] SEND
To cancel Call Forwarding
Press [#] [#] [0] [0] [2] [1] [#] SEND
To divert calls to Voicemail and receive a text alert
Call 1212
To cancel call divert and text alert
Call 1213
To switch off all Voicemail diverts
Call 1210
To switch on standard Voicemail divert
Calls will be diverted if your mobile is switched off, engaged, out of coverage or out of credit.
Call 1211
How much does it cost?
You pay your standard call costs for diverting calls to other numbers. For example, if you divert all of your calls to a telephone number in London, you'll be charged for a standard national call according to your price plan whenever anyone calls you.
Diverting your incoming calls to Voicemail is free of charge if the divert occurs within the Vodafone UK netweok. If you are outside the UK, Roaming charges will apply.
Call waiting and holding
Call Waiting lets you know when someone is calling you whilst you are on a call, with a soft beeping noise. It also displays their name and number if you have stored them in your phonebook using Calling Line Identity. Call Holding lets you put a call on hold so that you can make or receive another call.
How to use
To activate Call Waiting
Press [*] [4] [3] [#] SEND
To cancel Call Waiting
Press [#] [4] [3] [#] SEND
To accept incoming calls and end the original call
Press [1] SEND
To hold original call and accept incoming call
Press [2] SEND
To end a present call and return to the holding call
Press [1] SEND
To swap between calls
Press [2]

Conference Call
Conference Calling lets you speak to more than one person at the same time by using your Vodafone mobile. Up to six people can be joined together on the same call, making it ideal for organising events or discussing business.
How to use
To activate the conference call facility
Call 191
To conference call:
Make your first call
Press key [2] and SEND to put call on hold.
To make or receive second call
Press key [3] and SEND to join the calls together.
To add more people to the conference
Press key [2] and SEND to temporarily withdraw from the conference.
To make an additional call
Press key [3] and SEND to add call to the conference
To end conference
Individuals can drop out at any time by simply ending call.
How much does it cost?
The person setting up the conference call is simply charged according to their price plan for each individual phone call that they make.
Call Return
Allows you to reply easily and instantly to your Voicemail messages.
How to use
After retrieving Voicemail messages, Press [5]
How much does it cost?
Call return calls are charged at your standard rate.
Calling Line Identity
Tells you the incoming caller's number by displaying it on your screen. This enables you to screen calls. You can also choose to display or restrict your number on outgoing calls.
How to use
To mask your calling line identity key in 141 before the number you are calling (UK only).
How much does it cost?
Free
Call Barring
Stops you from making certain types of calls, such as international calls, on your mobile. It's the perfect solution to control your spending or if someone's borrowing your mobile.
How to use
Call 191. An operator can then set up the bars for you. You can also set up bars yourself by asking for your barring PIN code and then using the defined list of codes.
How much does it cost?
Free on Pay-Monthly. On pay-as-you-talk, you pay a one-off charge of 25p when connected to an operator.
Vocalise 1471
Tells you the number of the last person to call and gives you the choice to return the call at the press of a button.
How to use
Call 1471. Press 5 if you want to return the call.
How much does it cost?
Calls to 1471 are free, and call return calls are charged at your standard rate.
