Award-winning, lightweight integrated PDA and GPRS mobile.
Fast and sleek, the Xda II sets a new standard in handheld performance. With an Xda II you can get things done no matter where you are (subject to network coverage). It offers a range of features, including full-colour Internet and email access, a personal organiser, built-in mobile phone, BluetoothTM and integrated camera.
Developed in close co-operation with Microsoft®, the Xda II is a complete mobile office, running a comprehensive range of Microsoft Windows MobileTM tools, including Outlook® email, Media Player®, Pocket Word®, calendar and contact features. You can even surf the full Internet on the move with Pocket Explorer®.
We’re building on the success we have had with the Xda II and bringing exciting new devices to the portfolio. Now there’s three great models to choose from: the Xda II for all-round PDA use, the Xda IIs with a slide-out keyboard if you are a heavy user of email, messaging, Pocket Excel® and Word® and the new Xda IIi if you require enhanced photo quality and the responsiveness of a faster processor.

What can I use it for?

  • Use your Xda II as a normal mobile to make calls and send text messages at home or abroad
  • Send and receive emails with attachments, using Pocket Outlook® and keep track of meetings and events with the personal organiser
  • Take photos and video clips using the built in camera and enhanced colour screen – then send them by Media Messaging or email
  • Store more of everything – photos, applications, documents and email
  • Work with familiar Windows Mobile software such as Pocket Word®, Pocket Excel®, Pocket Internet Explorer® and Pocket Outlook®
  • View your current appointments, enter new ones, update your address book, and synchronise to your desktop PC, so you’re always up to date
  • Get the latest business news and information via O2’s specially developed PDA portal
  • Input data quickly using your own handwriting or via the onscreen keyboard. With the Xda IIs you can also use the slide-out QWERTY keyboard
  • Extend the time you can use your Xda II without returning to the office – simply get an extra battery so you can swap batteries on the go.
